China Merchants Shekou recently announced the winners of its 2025 “Craftsman Star Cup” Product Awards. JIALIAN DESIGN’s project, Chengdu Times Park · Tianfu Xu, won the Residential Delivery Award – Silver. It is reported that only 10 projects across the entire group received a “Craftsman Star Cup” this year, with the Residential Delivery Award limited to just 3 spots. JL Design’s project stood out from entries nationwide to claim the Silver award.

In 2024, through in-depth collaboration with Greentown China’s Changsha regional team, JIALIAN DESIGN actively cooperated and took the initiative during the construction of the Jade Begonia project’s display area, making significant contributions to the opening of its full-dimensional display area. The firm was honored with the Outstanding Partner Award. At the same time, the Jade Begonia project, recognized for its exceptional innovation and R&D, won the Greentown China 2024 R&D Design Special Award — First Prize for Best Product Design Excellence.

JIALIAN DESIGN’s first collaboration project with China Overseas Property, Shenzhen China Overseas · Songhu Linyu, received the China Overseas Group Single Discipline Award for Delivery Area. It was highly praised by China Overseas Group: “provided highly professional support in design, consulting, and design implementation, demonstrating a proactive service mindset and a craftsman’s spirit of quality pursuit, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.”
